Kenji Kusanagi: new Jeeg's pilot, also lied to in order to do Wily's dirty work. Their fight's stopped by Hiroshi before Megaman & Kenji use their finishers (Shin had the Mazin Buster charged to blow Jeeg's head off, while Jeeg was about to use Spin Storm).

This is all the info you need to know about Megaman Kabuto. I had kinda planned on this way before they announced the creation of Megaman universe, Legends 3, & Megaman online & waaaaaaaaaay before they announced their cancellations.
